Job Overview :

As a Manual Machinist, you will operate manual lathes, mills, and grinders to produce high-quality parts that support motor services. This is a hands-on opportunity in a well-equipped, clean facility, where you'll work alongside experienced technicians and have opportunities to expand your skills and career.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and maintain manual lathes, mills, grinders, and other conventional machine tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine machining requirements.
• Accurately measure and inspect components using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure they meet specifications.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and machine settings based on job requirements.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and calibration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures when operating machinery and handling tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
