Family Support Worker (Hackensack)

Responsibilities

• Develops service plans with families in addition to providing a wide scope of clinical and concrete services
• Facilitates family consultations, family groups, assertive outreach, and engages families in community services
• Functions as an active team member by participating in program activities, communicating all consumer related information to peers, and leading groups with and without peers
• Must adhere to the programs standard for ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Operates the organizations vehicles in a safe and professional manner
