Employment Attorney - EU & German Law

A company is looking for an Employment Attorney (EU & German Law).

Key Responsibilities

Lead or advise on multicultural and multinational HR investigations

Provide guidance on German employment law and broader EU matters

Collaborate closely with HR to approach investigations with empathy and pragmatism

Required Qualifications

Experience in employment law, particularly in Germany and the EU

Ability to work remotely and manage flexible hours (15-25 hours / week)

Prior experience with HR investigations

Knowledge of Spanish employment law is a plus

Availability for a temporary role lasting 3-4 months
