Overview Visual Merchandising Specialist, Retail Stores — New Balance

Responsibilities Optimize the in-store consumer journey by executing visual merchandising strategies, product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing within New Balance stores.

Dedicates 20 hours per week (2–3 days) specifically to visual updates and integrates with general retail operations for the remainder of scheduled hours.

Collaborate on VM implementation, assist with in-store training, and translate seasonal visual learnings to foster store-wide visual excellence.
