Responsibilities

Indirect category management globally :

• Manage the indirect category spend for MSA North America
• Identify opportunities to enable efficiencies
• Support the ELT in achieving business goals through best practice sourcing and supply chain processes
• Analyze forecasted shifts in supply markets, industry trends and supplier economic cycles.
• Create and drive (partnering with cross-functional stakeholders where applicable) long-term global category strategies for indirect spend designed to fulfill enterprise-wide requirements and achieve maximum life-cycle value.
• Segment suppliers in accordance with defined strategy.
• Ensure cross-functional and cross-regional alignment to ensure strategies are consistently implemented
• Drive master data integrity
• Build and lead environmentally- and ethically-sound procurement practices of contracted goods and services which includes compliance with corporate and departmental policies and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
