Job Description :

Seeking a senior Oracle Analytics professional with over 10 years of experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Data Intelligence(FDI), and related Oracle BI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end implementations, advanced data modeling, and functional expertise across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) analytics domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver full-cycle Oracle Analytics and Fusion Analytics implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Architect and develop complex data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, and related tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Finance, SCM, and HCM analytics best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize analytics workflows and drive actionable insights.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle data structures, security, and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to analytics and reporting.
