Required Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or supply chain management. +8 years of experience in plant quality, supplier quality, supplier development, or continuous improvement centered in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain management. Preferably in a global, cross-cultural environment. Direct experience of teaching, coaching, and leading suppliers to successful recoveries using the successful application of six sigma and lean mfg. tools is highly desirable. Ability to execute a project plan and communicate results effectively across a wide audience Excellent analytical and people skills with strong problem-solving capabilities. Proven ability to work effectively in matrix organization and ability to manage and influence others while dealing with multiple priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and create positive outcomes Proven analytical and organizational ability. Tenacious, although professional when working with internal and supplier challenges. Advanced Quality programs, related to new product integration, outsourcing scope of work, establishing new plants (Green Field) HIRING SALARY RANGE : $112,000 - 150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.
