Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details : \n

  • Work in a 5 procedure suite cardiac catheterization lab environment

    • \n

  • Day shift with on-call crew only for emergent cases during nights

    • \n

  • Must work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees

    • \n

  • Patient ratios of 1 patient to 3-4 staff members

    • \n

  • Required experience : Cardiac Cath, CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management), and PV (Peripheral Vascular)

    • \n

  • Preferred experience : EP / ABL (Electrophysiology / Ablation)

    • \n

  • Work with advanced equipment including Shockwave, Laser, CSI, Penumbra, IABP, Impella, and Rotoblator

    • \n

  • Use EMR systems : MacLab & Meditech

    • \n

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, peripheral vascular procedures, pacemaker and ICD implants, Watchman procedures, TAVR, and EP / ABL procedures

    • \n

  • Scrub color requirement : Radiology department wears black scrubs

    • \n

  • Parking available anywhere except ER parking areas

    This 309-bed Level II Trauma Center offers comprehensive cardiovascular services with state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization capabilities. The facility features advanced cardiovascular technology and equipment, providing a full range of cardiac procedures from diagnostic catheterizations to complex interventional procedures. The cardiac cath lab is staffed with experienced professionals including a director, clinical nurse coordinator, staff RNs, and specialized technologists, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.
