About the Role : We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead growth and manage relationships for our restaurant subscription program. You'll be responsible for acquiring new partners, driving adoption, and ensuring retention by delivering clear value to our restaurant customers.
Responsibilities : Lead and coach a small sales team to achieve acquisition and revenue targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow restaurant subscriptions. Identify and build relationships with key restaurant partners. Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize offers and messaging. Analyze performance metrics, track ROI, and adjust tactics to improve results. Provide feedback from customers to inform product and pricing strategy.
Qualifications : 3 5 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B, hospitality, or marketplace industries). Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Data-driven and comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
