Job descriptionRole : Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon Schedule : Monday–Friday | 4–5 days per week Options : Full-time Mohs Surgery with travel to local offices OR a hybrid role combining Mohs and General Dermatology at a single location Inherited caseload – busy from day one Well-supported with experienced Medical Assistants and Scribes Modern, efficient EMR system Collaborative and stable private practice environment Supportive of physician autonomy Compensation Model : Percentage of collections (existing book of business) Earnings Potential : Highly competitive with bonus opportunities Benefits : Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Malpractice Insurance with Tail Coverage Relocation Assistance PTO Package and Paid Holidays Direct-hire, W2 Employee Model Estimated 60–90 days Board-Certified Dermatologist Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain) Comfortable with mid-level provider supervision

This is a full-time, on-site position offering flexibility, excellent support, and a robust patient base.
