What You'll Do :

Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and / or clients at the front desk of a financial institution location, providing a professional and courteous presence.

Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client location.

Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and / or credentials of persons entering the building.

Respond promptly and calmly to incidents and critical situations, using problem-solving skills to address concerns as they arise.

Document and report any suspicious activity, incidents, or unusual circumstances observed at the front desk area.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members in all interactions.

Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, according to established protocols for the financial institution location.

Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and / or inappropriate behavior.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
