Executive Director - Hospice

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Executive Director to lead our Hospice Branch . This is a vital leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the overall success and growth of the branch.

The Executive Director provides strategic direction and day-to-day management of both clinical and administrative operations. This includes oversight of staffing, productivity, compliance, and ensuring that all care provided aligns with our mission and regulatory standards.

The Executive Director is appointed by, and serves as a liaison to, the Governing Body , playing a key role in upholding the culture, integrity, and vision of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and operational oversight for the hospice branch

Ensure delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care in the home

Monitor and manage staffing levels, productivity, and overall branch performance

Promote a positive culture aligned with the organization's mission and values

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements

Serve as a liaison to the Governing Body and communicate branch performance and needs

Drive growth, community engagement, and strategic initiatives for the branch
