Express Employment Professionals of Round Rock is seeking an experienced Staffing Consultant / Recruiter to join our high-performing internal team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment and has a passion for putting people to work in industrial, manufacturing, and skilled trades roles throughout the Williamson County area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full-cycle recruiting for high-volume industrial and skilled trades roles
• Mass hiring for positions including:
• Manufacturing & Assembly
• General Labor
• Skilled Trades (Plumbers, Welders, Electricians, Technicians, etc.)
• Sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placing candidates quickly and efficiently
• Managing multiple job orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Partnering closely with internal teammates to meet client and office-wide goals
• Communicating fluently with both candidates and clients in English and Spanish

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Staffing Consultant, Agency Recruiter, or High-Volume Recruiter
• Proven success with mass hiring and full-cycle recruiting
• Background recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades environments
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong sense of urgency, organization, and follow-through
• Team-first mindset, collaborative, flexible, and willing to jump in where needed
