What You'll Do

• Take ownership of daily orchard operations from planting and pruning to harvest and beyond.
• Monitor orchards for plant health, pests, and soil conditions while implementing cutting-edge growing practices.
• Lead and mentor a diverse workforce, ensuring safety, productivity, and teamwork.
• Oversee crop schedules, spray programs, irrigation, and nutrient applications.
• Be the go-to leader during harvest directing crews, coordinating equipment, and delivering results.
• Keep accurate records and stay ahead of compliance standards (food safety, pesticide applications, etc.).
• Collaborate with the management team while also rolling up your sleeves in the field.
