Descrizione del ruolo
La persona selezionata entrerà a far parte del team Marketing & Intelligence, supportando le attività di ricerca di mercato per prodotti, sistemi e soluzioni in ambito industriale. Le principali responsabilità includono:
Contribuire alla raccolta, analisi e interpretazione di dati di mercato relativi a segmenti quali automazione, equipaggiamenti elettrici, motori, sistemi di controllo.
Preparare report e presentazioni sintetiche per i responsabili di business, riflettendo tendenze di mercato, competitive landscape, opportunità di crescita e eventuali rischi.
Collaborare con funzioni interne (vendite, sviluppo di prodotto, strategia) per fornire insight che supportino decisioni commerciali e di investimento.
Mantenere aggiornati database di mercato e fonti di informazione, assicurando qualità, accuratezza e tempestività dei dati.
Requisiti richiesti
Studente universitario o neolaureato in Business Administration, Economia, Marketing, Ingegneria gestionale o affini.
Interesse per il settore industriale/tecnologico e capacità di comprendere contesti complessi (es. automazione, elettrificazione, sistemi integrati).
Buone capacità analitiche, predisposizione all’interpretazione dei dati e alle presentazioni.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
Buona padronanza di strumenti Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, proattività e capacità di sintesi.
