Were looking for a dedicated Home Care Scheduler to join our Northern Virginia office, where your role will be essential in ensuring that our Caregivers / Care Partners are perfectly aligned with the needs of our clients.
Some of your Responsibilities :
- Recruitment, Screening, Onboarding : Identifying the Care Partners for our Client's that embrace the Compassion, Care & Dedication of our Organization.
 - Schedule Coordination : Prepare and coordinate daily, weekly, and weekend schedules for our caring field staff, ensuring that every client receives the attention they deserve.
 - Communication : Serve as the vital link between the office, caregivers, and clients by accurately and promptly communicating any scheduling changes. Your warm approach will help maintain strong relationships within the team!
 - Record Maintenance : Keep meticulous records of schedules, logs, and any changes to ensure smooth operations. Your attention to detail will be key in maintaining our high standards of care. Keeping and maintaining all records for our care partners & clients.
 - On-Call Rotation : Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to address any last-minute scheduling needs. Your flexibility and problem-solving skills will shine in these moments! Responding to after hour calls and needs of our care partners & clients in order to ensure that their needs are being met.
 - Team Collaboration : Work closely with management and field staff to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a harmonious work environment.

 Skills Needed :
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
 - Excellent communication abilitiesboth verbal and written.
 - A warm and friendly demeanor that aligns with our caring philosophy.
 - Proficiency in scheduling software or willingness to learn new systems such as AxisCare, WellSky.
 - Previous experience in Home Care, Hospice or Home Healthcare is preferred.
 - Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
 - Previous experience as a Home Care Scheduler or in a similar position is required atleast 1 year
 - Highly organized with attention to detail
 - Comfortable and experienced in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
 - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
 - Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
 - Certified CNA, HHA or PCA preferred
