Outreach Specialist

Job Title : : Medicare Sales Representative - Outreach

Location : New York, NY 10004

Schedule : Morning Shift

Duration : 3 months with a strong possibility of extension

Pay Range : $36 - $43 / Hour

Scope of Role & Responsibilities :

• Identify and enroll eligible members for client's Medicare product through home visits and community events.
• Apply all policies on disclosures, enrollment, and disenrollment accurately.
• Educate enrollers on plan benefits, exclusions, and features while adhering to regulatory marketing guidelines.
• Complete all required reports, applications, and documentation promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and support outreach efforts.
• Build strong relationships with community organizations, providers, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct telemarketing, outreach, and large-group presentations to seniors.
• Complete Annual Medicare Training as required.
