Job descriptionBachelor's degree or above, with 2-5 years of relevant data analysis experience. Possess excellent logical analysis ability, outstanding information collection and screening ability, and systematic thinking and problem-analysis ability. Proficient in SQL and Excel; familiar with common BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.); proficient in Python / R. Possess data sensitivity and logical thinking ability, and be willing to learn business knowledge. Possess data visualization ability and be able to create clear data reports. Background in cross-border logistics or cross-border e-commerce industry is preferred. Proficient in Mandarin, capable of conducting daily work conversations.

- Collaborated across departments, communicated analysis results clearly, and supported the follow-up of conclusion implementation.
