Supply Chain Coordinator

Position Responsibilities

• Manage product samples for the U.S. Sales Company, including sample storage, distribution, and coordination of international express logistics (UPS and USPS).
• Oversee inventory management of sales company products — maintain stock balance sheets, provide daily updates to sales teams, handle product inbound / outbound operations, transfers, customs clearance, and coordinate with factories to ensure timely shipment.
• Process sales orders from sales representatives — issue production or stock preparation requests to the factory SCM team, organize product CoAs, and prepare invoices and packing lists for customer delivery. Maintain daily journals and order tracking based on sales orders.
