What you'll do.

As the Senior Manager, Technology Systems, you will be the driving force behind the seamless integration and strategic optimization of our technology platforms-most notably, our CRM system. In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between technology and business goals, ensuring our systems empower teams to work smarter, make better data-driven decisions, and deliver exceptional results. Your leadership will shape how we leverage technology across the organization, boosting user adoption, enhancing satisfaction, and unlocking the full potential of our digital tools.

What we look for.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, Engineering, Software Development, or related field is required

Experience :

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Travel Requirements : Minimal travel required - approximately 5%.

Location : Minneapolis, MNand is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)

Schedule : Some evenings and weekends required
