Senior HR Consultant

A company is looking for a Human Resources Outsourced Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with the HRO team to enhance client services and develop proposals and processes

Administers employee benefits programs and optimizes HRIS systems while creating tailored HR reports

Implements performance management processes and updates onboarding / offboarding procedures based on client feedback

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, I / O psychology, or a related field

Relevant certifications such as PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP

3-5 years of experience in human resources or organizational development

Experience in consulting or HR business partner roles

Familiarity with various HRIS platforms and client relationship management tools
