New Store - Retail Floor Team Member - Part Time - Arlington, VA Opening Early Fall 2025

Job Profile Summary

Team members will have the exciting opportunity to be cross-trained and work throughout various departments, constantly learning about new products and areas of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address the needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Will be cross-trained and work in multiple areas throughout the store, including cashiering / SCO, coffee venue, facing, and stocking.
• Supports the auditing of store tags, signs, and scale prices to confirm tag / signage / price accuracy.
• Rotate products and remove out-of-date products.
• Be aware of new products and their placement.
• Support the highest retail standards are being met.
• Follow all Daily Shop program, goals, and all Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in fiscal period and quarter end inventories.
• Communicate all pertinent information to leadership.
• Stay informed on all company and store level information from leadership.
• Complete all required training on time.
• Maintain a positive work environment.
• Use courteous and proper phone etiquette when answering the phones and pages.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Support overall store cleanliness and maintenance. Follow established food safety, organic guidelines, and procedures.
• Attend all meetings as assigned by Leadership, including daily huddles.

The wage range for this position is $16.00-$25.40 Hourly, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
