About the role

We’re searching for a Senior People Partner to shape and activate our People Strategy across North America and LATAM, ensuring alignment with global initiatives in partnership with the People Manager in EMEA and People Advisor in APAC.

Use data-driven insights to fuel decision-making and continuous improvement.

Lead complex employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and empathy.

Line manage, coach, and develop the US People Manager and Benefits & LOA Manager to build a high-performing People function.

  • Act as a trusted guide on employee relations, ensuring compliance with US labor laws and global standards.

Drive a culture of continuous performance through feedback, leadership development, and succession planning.

Champion DEI across the US and LATAM, embedding inclusion into daily culture and operations.

Ensure consistent People processes across US and LATAM operations.

Lead or support global and regional People initiatives from design through execution.

Act as a change champion during transformation, always keeping people at the heart of the process.

Support financial administration such as timesheets and NetSuite usage.

Promote Gravity Global as an inspiring place to work.

  • Participate in ESG, Sustainability, and Wellbeing initiatives that drive our culture and global impact.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Deep understanding of US employment law and compliance, balanced with a people-centric mindset.

Strong leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing HR teams.

Ability to deliver forward-looking strategies while owning day-to-day HR operations.
