Position Details

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM, with OT as needed
Compensation : $18-$20 / hr depending on experience
Benefits : PTO, paid holidays, sick leave, 401(k), medical
Location : Based out of our Annapolis-area office (in-person role)

What You'll Do

Safely load, unload, and move heavy water treatment equipment and supplies (frequent lifting of 50-100 lbs )

Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and work areas

Learn hands-on and build real-world plumbing skills

Provide friendly and professional customer service on job sites

What You Bring

Comfortable with frequent heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced, active environment

Mechanically inclined, you enjoy working with your hands and figuring things out

Eagerness to learn and grow into the trade

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

While your apprentice card is not required to start, it must be obtained after hire
