Our team is professional, customer-focused, and driven to help every customer find the best solution for their needswhether it's a phone plan, device upgrade, or home / business connectivity.

As a Phone Sales Associate, you will :

• Provide an outstanding customer experience in-store and over the phone
• Learn new promotions, pricing, and device offers weekly
• Help customers choose the best phones, accessories, and wireless plans
• Track personal and store goalsand work to meet them consistently
• Always demonstrate professionalism and punctuality
• Participate in sales contests throughout the year
• Maintain a clean and organized retail area
• Accuracy in paperwork, customer activations, and payments
• Sales experience preferred but not requiredwe will train the right person
