Position Summary :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver direct nursing care to residents, ensuring high-quality support and health-related consultation for our community.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality direct nursing care to residents.

Supervise and coordinate activities of Nursing Assistants to ensure quality care.

Manage admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.

Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding any changes in resident condition.

Respond promptly to emergencies.

Perform additional duties as needed and comply with all policies and procedures.

Position Requirements :

Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Licenses / Certifications : Current active LPN License in the state of Ohio.

Experience : Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.

Skills : Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy when working with residents.
