Store Manager Candidate

The role is designed to develop a candidate for the store manager position.

Duties and essential job functions include :

• Assisting in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Helping with store merchandising and inventory management.
• Ensuring superior customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Participating in store opening and closing activities.
• Maintaining the financial integrity of the store.
• Ensuring a clean, safe environment for customers and employees.
• Operating the store in the store manager's absence.
• Reviewing operating statements to identify business trends.
• Completing all paperwork and documentation.

Qualifications required include :

Working conditions and physical requirements involve frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds, occasionally up to 55 pounds. Occasional driving and exposure to outside weather conditions are also part of the role.
