If you love keeping things organized and helping the numbers add up, this role at RED RHINO is for you! The Accounts Receivable Clerk plays a key role in supporting financial accuracy, managing billing and collections, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve account issues proactively.

About the Role :

• Maintain and update accurate financing records, ensuring all documentation and signatures are complete before project start.
• Manage financing portal workflows and issue completion certificates to trigger funding.
• Process customer payments and post to accounts promptly upon receipt.
• Monitor past-due accounts, follow up with customers, and resolve payment issues efficiently.
• Reconcile accounts and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Generate, analyze, and report data using Excel (including pivot tables) and web-based systems.
• Record detailed job notes and manage CRM data to support operations and customer records.
• Perform additional administrative, billing, and financial support tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For :

Pay and Perks :

$17-$22; depending on experience
