We’re supporting a growing national service provider in their search for a Field Operations Supervisor to help lead and scale their technician team across field service operations.
This role sits at the core of daily execution—coordinating dispatch, managing fleet and technician logistics, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery to high-profile clients. What You’ll Do :
Lead the daily scheduling and dispatch of service technicians across reactive, install, and project-based workMonitor real-time job progress using fleet tracking tools; reassign work as needed to hit deadlinesAct as the primary liaison with clients—communicating updates, resolving delays, and ensuring service expectations are metOwn technician readiness : vehicles, uniforms, mobile tech, and toolsOversee vehicle maintenance schedules and partner with warehouse staff to support fleet cleanliness and stockingTrack and report operational KPIs : response times, SLA adherence, first-time fix ratesSupport onboarding and setup for new techs, including systems access, training coordination, and equipment setupCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on logistics, inventory, and preventive maintenance programsWho You Are :
5+ years of experience in field operations, dispatch, fleet coordination, or service team managementExperienced with dispatch and / or fleet software (bonus if familiar with platforms like Motive or Samsara)Comfortable juggling multiple jobs, techs, and regions at once—while keeping service levels highStrong communicator with both internal teams and external clientsHighly organized, process-oriented, and ready to take full ownership of daily field executionFamiliar with logistics, warehousing, or equipment-based service industries preferred
