Director of Security

A company is looking for a Director of Security.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for security functions aligned with business goals

Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, managing budget and resources

Oversee compliance audits and security policies, collaborating with various teams to integrate security best practices

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in the security field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role

Deep technical expertise in relevant security domains such as Cloud Security, SaaS, or Enterprise Security

Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and security technologies (SIEM, EDR)

Familiarity with secure coding principles and Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities
