We deliver design and consulting solutions for roofing, façade, and structural projects across the U.S. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled CAD Technician to support project work on a full-time basis.

Role Overview

The CAD Technician will assist with the preparation of building envelope design documents for commercial, retail, municipal, and institutional projects. This role is in-person for our Raleigh, NC location. The ideal candidate must be able to commute to the Cary, NC office location. The role is currently on-site, with the possibility of hybrid flexibility over time based on team needs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, organized construction drawings in AutoCAD for building envelope projects, with a focus on roofing, façade and structural components.
• Follow established drafting standards and project requirements.
• Maintain clear file organization and documentation of project drawings.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and CAD staff to ensure clarity and accuracy in drawings.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
