Aftermarket Business Development Manager
Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking an Aftermarket Business Development Manager. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Eaton's Southfield, MI facility.
The Aftermarket Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new product strategy, analysis, business case development and approval to implement business development initiatives within the Mobility Group Aftermarket team. This position will have responsibility for identifying strategic growth opportunities, increasing addressable market, and for managing the long-term product offering (pipeline) within the Commercial Vehicle, Light Vehicle and other new Aftermarket space.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
What You'll Do :
The Aftermarket Business Development Manager is responsible for the on-time, end-to-end implementation of growth initiativesfrom negotiations and closing business deals to planning, tracking, and executing key program launch activities. The individual will own the new business development pipeline and ensure agile execution aligned with the strategic plan.
This position requires extensive industry knowledge, a strong understanding of market conditions and trends, familiarity with key customers, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships. This role must be capable of managing and driving the execution and implementation of ideas.
