Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Production Manager to lead our in-house photo and video team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expert-level knowledge of Canon and Sony camera systems, along with a strong portfolio of completed commercial visual projects. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary who can seamlessly manage and direct both photography and video production from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Direct and lead a team of photographers and videographers

Approve photography output to ensure quality and brand consistency

Plan, prop, and execute photo shoots and video productions

Oversee the creation of compelling social media and marketing graphics

Maintain high standards for visual storytelling across all platforms

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaign visuals

Ensure equipment is properly maintained and up to date

Requirements :

Proven experience producing commercial photography and video content

Proficiency with Canon and Sony camera systems

Strong leadership and project management skills

A keen eye for visual detail, composition, and lighting

Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro)

Preferred Qualifications :

Background in visual design or media arts

Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment

Competitive salary of $60,000 to $75,000 DOE
