Key Responsibilities :

As a Coster / Biller, you will play a critical role in our operations, including :

Processing paperwork from the F&I Department.

Posting vehicle sales and purchases.

Preparing checks for payoffs, referrals, and refunds.

Costing and finalizing deals for accounting.

Maintaining accurate reports and logs of daily transactions.

Working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Handling various accounting tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For :

Dealership costing experience is a must.

Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds software (preferred).

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Computer literacy and organizational skills.
