Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Every day brings a chance to make an impact! As a Facility Coordinator youll :

Ensure Health and Safety is a top priority by following policies and maintaining a safe workspace.

Perform compliance checks on manifest paperwork and enter data into WINWEB.

Interact with visitors drivers and co-workers to keep operations running smoothly.

Create outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for shipments.

Organize and file plant and truck-to-truck paperwork.

Maintain trailer inventories and handle data entry into internal systems.

Perform general clerical duties such as typing filing and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

What Youll Need to Succeed

Were looking for individuals who are organized detail-oriented and team players!

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1 years of related work experience preferred.

Strong computer skills are a must!

DOT training / knowledge is a plus.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
