Production Technician – Blender : Calibre

Summary

Calibre Manufacturing is seeking a motivated Production Technician - Blender to join our team. This role is responsible for operating blending and production equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor blending machines according to SOPs.
• Prepare and maintain equipment for production runs.
• Weigh and record product specifications accurately.
• Perform periodic checks on machine output and product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.
• Assist with machine breakdown, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures.
• Complete required documentation for production and quality control.
• Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools.
• Good communication skills; bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Schedule

Full-time; schedule to be determined based on production needs.
