Essential Functions

• Debit cards : order, hot card, raise / lower limits, unblock cards
• Work daily Enfact / Case Tracker reports
• Working through comprised risk reports.
• Assist customers with ATM / debit card issues i.e., unauthorized, and disputed charges-submit to Fiserv EFT
• Daily reporting and reviews over Reg-CC Holds
• Assisting customers with online banking , troubleshooting online banking
• Customer research
• Bookkeeping functions - answer phone and take bookkeeping calls
• Checking all pending checks to be reviewed in Argo Oasis.
• Process daily notices (CD notices, Safe Deposits, Notes)
• Using of mailer machine for notices.
• Backup teller line as needed
• Working knowledge and annual training on ACH, Reg-E,
• Recognizing and reporting of suspicious activity
• Input outgoing wires
• Performing second review of wire originations.
• Zelle
• Mobile Deposits
• Miscellaneous daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
