What You'll Be Doing
Under the general guidance from the Billing Supervisor and Central Services Manager, the Billing Specialist will process technician data for tech payroll / billing and materials for local service manager approval and final invoice processing. The Billing Specialist position is the key quality check point within the company, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities
Verify / enter transactions into systemVerify accuracy of tech entered transactionsPrepare invoices to be submitted to the customers.Submit prepared invoices for service manager approvalMonitor work order status from for prompt processingEnsure all work is completed accurately in compliance with client specifications and company policiesOther duties, as assignedQualifications
