IBI Healthcare is hiring a Bilingual Call Center Representative (Spanish-English) to join our growing team in Loganville, GA (Onsite).

Your Role

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and care

Schedule appointments for new and existing patients, including procedures and follow-ups

Identify patient needs quickly and direct them to the correct department or provider

Document call details accurately in EMR (AthenaHealth preferred)

Ensure patients are informed, supported, and confident in their care journey

Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments by effectively communicating service value

Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends, no holidays, no on-call

What We're Looking For

Passionate & Curious : You genuinely care about patient experience and always seek ways to improve

Experienced : Minimum 2 years in a high-volume call center, ideally within a healthcare setting

Strong Sales Background : You’re confident in closing calls and converting leads into appointments

Patient-Focused : You lead with empathy and ensure patients feel heard and supported

Proactive : You take initiative, think ahead, and solve problems with minimal direction

Bilingual : Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

Tech-Savvy : EMR experience, especially AthenaHealth, is a strong advantage

Strong Communicator : Clear, concise, and professional in all written and verbal communication
