Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Franchise Onboarding Specialist to join our team at our Plymouth Meeting, PA headquarters.
This critical role will serve as the primary guide for new franchisees as they launch and establish their Zoom Drain locations, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and support needed to build thriving businesses.
Key Responsibilities Lead the complete onboarding process for new franchisees from signing through grand opening and beyond Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering operations, marketing, sales, customer service, and technical aspects of drain and sewer services Conduct on-site visits to new franchise locations to provide hands-on support and guidance Identify and troubleshoot operational, technical, and business challenges that arise during the launch phase Collaborate with franchisees to develop customized action plans addressing specific market conditions and business obstacles Monitor franchisee progress through key performance indicators and milestone achievements Serve as a liaison between franchisees and corporate support departments Create and refine onboarding documentation, training materials, and best practice resources Provide ongoing support during the critical first 6-12 months of franchise operation Document common challenges and solutions to continuously improve the onboarding experience Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in the home services industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, or related trades) Proven track record in franchise operations, training, or business development Deep understanding of home services business models, including dispatch, scheduling, pricing, and service delivery Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deep dive into complex operational issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport Experience with field service management software and CRM systems Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-40% for on-site franchisee support Preferred Qualifications Previous franchise onboarding or support experience Experience scaling service-based businesses Familiarity with franchise compliance and FDD requirements What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance Simple IRA with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities The chance to directly impact franchisee success and company growth Collaborative, supportive team environment Why Join Zoom Drain?
