Job description

The  Research Analyst  will join the DFW Lee & Associate Marketing & Research team in Dallas ( Addison)  to aid our office, capital markets and industrial  brokers.

You will have primary responsibility for collecting and analyzing data, maintaining and constantly elevating the quality of our data, and working with the Marketing & Research team to present data in a compelling way. The Research Analyst will assist in tracking and analyzing all aspects of the local commercial real estate market, economic drivers and demographics and will leverage that knowledge proactively for research products, client projects and business development efforts. Successful candidates are passionate about what drives their city, economics, and commercial real estate.

What This Job Involves

  • Utilize our Spatial GIS mapping program which is built in a modern, open-source format and not an ESRI based system
  • Collect and audit commercial real estate and economic data, including data on properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales, and owners for the Dallas / Fort Worth Office & Industrial market
  • Follow established processes to ensure data excellence within our database, and regularly audit and refine datasets
  • Analyze market data to identify trends and understand economic and real estate market drivers
  • Create market insights and conditions as needed to internal teams and clients
  • Create compelling visualizations and provide meaningful insights on local market data, trends, and drivers
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients and facilitate the use of our technology tools
  • Demonstrate our tools and research capabilities to internal teams and clients
  • Develop and share best practice standards
