Supply Chain Program Lead 2
The Supply Chain Program Lead 2 is a key link between customers and the Supply Chain (SC) organization. This role interfaces with external customers for onboarding and establishing new programs. The SC Program Lead 2 is responsible for all Supply Chain related functions and interacting with customers to support tech transfer needs in multiple areas (e.g., materials, sourcing, logistics, strategic planning, capacity, shipping, and customer service). This role coordinates cross-functional teams to build an end-to-end supply chain to serve customer needs, resolves complex issues, and manages aggressive schedules for customer programs. The Supply Chain Program Lead 2 collaborates and builds relationships with internal teams and works closely with the global Supply Chain network. This role communicates at various levels in the organization, oversees initiatives, identifies and mitigates risks / issues.
Manages SC activities in the customer proposals phase, such as answering questionnaires, assessment of materials and vendor inquiries
Ensures business processes between customers and SC are in place and / or contributes to establishing them
Facilitates coordination between various functions and SC as well as raw materials sub-team meetings (both internal and with customers)
Represents FDB SC in customer meetings, core teams and stage gate meetings for technical transfers, ensuring good cooperation with program management and counterparts from other functions
Represents SC in core teams for customer programs
Provides program updates to the SC team and management
Identifies and communicates potential risks and proposes resolutions with cross-functional teams
Participates in cross-functional teams to implement changes and / or improve processes related to customer programs
With support of the senior SC Program Lead, drives initiatives from end-to-end perspective to support customer programs
Coordinates project deliverables, manages competing priorities, and delivers to an aggressive schedule
Performs other duties, as needed

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent with 5+ years applicable work experience, or
Master's degree with at least 3 years applicable experience
Work Experience in Supply Chain, Biotechnology, Procurement, Logistics, ERP applications, Reporting or Analytics
Project Management Experience
