Speech and Language Pathologist – Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program (Confidential Search)

📍Los Gatos, CA | Full-Time | 💰 $110K–$145K DOE | 🧠 Outpatient Rehab | 🕓 Monday–Friday, with remote possibility on Fridays after training.

MatchBukh Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a respected and fast-growing specialty medical group. We are seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a mission-driven interdisciplinary team providing outpatient care for adults recovering from brain injuries.

This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative clinician who is passionate about helping patients regain cognitive-linguistic function and communication skills while working alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Conduct assessments and diagnose cognitive-linguistic disorders in adults with acquired brain injuries.
• Deliver both 1 : 1 and group therapy sessions tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, psychologists, physical therapists, and other professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Monitor and document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and reporting for worker’s compensation cases.
• Contribute to case reviews, treatment planning, and holistic patient care.

Compensation & Benefits :

💰 $110,000 – $145,000 DOE + Sign-on Bonus
