McCarthy Building Companies is looking for skilled Apprentice and Journeymen Concrete Carpenters for an exciting project in Fort Collins, CO. In this role, you will cut, shape, and install concrete forming systems for large concrete pours. The ideal applicant has 3+ years of proven experience as a commercial carpenter and possesses excellent carpentry techniques.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Form sidewalks, pads, grade beams, and other ground level structures by properly following / reading layout (independently)Safely strip wall form systemsAssist with the building of wall form and deck form systemsRecognize hazards and danger zonesComplete Task Hazard Analysis (THA) logsSuccessfully complete required training to use personal arrest systemAssist other trades when necessaryQUALIFICATIONS :
Prior experience with self-perform concrete work in commercial, civil, or marine environmentsMust understand level, plumb, area and volume / square conceptsUnderstand construction terminologyIdentify common construction materials, hand tools, and power tools (hammer, shovel, water pump, measuring tape, hammer drill, saw, demolition hammer, etc.)Proven commitment to SafetyWork in an organized mannerAble to work night shifts when neededMust have reliable transportation to / from the job siteAbility to work independently and follow instructionsMust be self-motivated and can work well with othersAbility to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistencyAbility to perform heavy lifting / pushing / pulling of material weighing 50 poundsAbility to squat, crawl, and work in confined spacesMinimum age 18+Proof of Identity and Employment AuthorizationPay Rate :
