Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) night position in Alaska requiring an active AK RN license and one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a hospital-based Labor & Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit
  • Night shift schedule from 7 : 00PM to 7 : 30AM
  • Care for patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout all stages of childbirth and recovery
  • Complete orientation and onboarding requirements prior to start
  • Candidates must provide license verification, references, and certification documents as part of the application process

    • Requirements

  • Active AK RN license required
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum nursing
  • Current BLS certification from either AHA or ARC required
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
  • U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
