Responsibilities of this role include :
- 1.
- Handling all part invoices and pack slips by making sure the correct price and quantities are clearly and correctly indicated then disbursing to the accounting department in a timely fashion. 2.
- Track all incoming and outgoing parts. 3.
- Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines. 4.
- Package and ship parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping 5.
- Refer to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced. 6.
- Checking in parts orders from manufacturers’ overnight deliveries. 7.
- Assist the Service Department in building parts and labor quotes by utilizing the catalog and manufacturer parts databases. 8. “Look up” accurate part number, price, and availability based on customer request. (Internal or External). 9.
- Serve as Bayside’s Shipping and Receiving Department by checking in UPS and FED-EX deliveries and determining the packages final destination.
Required Skills and Experience :
1.At least one (1) year experience. 2.High school diploma or equivalent. 3.A good understanding of computers to include, but not limited to :
