Key Responsibilities
Ensure all claims processes comply with relevant laws and regulations
Establish and monitor key controls within the Employee Benefits Claims organization
Coordinate internal and external audits related to claims compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits / Group Insurance industry
5+ years of direct experience with claims compliance in an Employee Benefits setting
Specific prior experience with products such as group dental, vision, and life insurance
