Marketing Director at CHARLIES PLUMBING
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior management to set marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets.
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional media.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and create events such as trade shows, lunch and learns.
- Create videos for recruiting, training, sales and marketing.
- Coordinate offsite photo shoots of work.
- Design and implement all vehicle wraps.
- Design and purchase signage as needed.
- Purchase and inventory all promo products.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
- Drive brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Lead and maintain the company’s digital marketing initiatives, including SEO / SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Maintain and update the company’s website.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor marketing expenditures to ensure they align with the approved budget.
- Work closely with sales, customer service teams, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Document everything with photos and video to preserve company history.
- Assist with company events, parties, and meetings.
- Provide onboarding assistance for new employees.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, art, graphic design, IT, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing.Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), and social media applications.Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.High level of creativity.Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Team player willing to collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.Multitasker willing and able to wear many hats.Company Description
