Shift Requirements : 36 hours - Evening / Night (E / N) shifts on Monday-Friday and Day / Night (D / N) shifts on weekends and holidays. Candidates must be agreeable to these shifts.

The Night Shift Supervisor (NSS) position is designed for a skilled nurse who possesses acute care hospital supervisor experience. This role is pivotal in managing the staffing flow within the hospital during off-shift hours, ensuring smooth operations and the highest quality of care for patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff during off-shift hours, addressing staffing flow, patient, and family concerns.
• Respond to employee issues and code calls that arise during the shift.
• Assist units in administering specific medications as needed and place IVs when necessary.
• Assume overall supervisory responsibilities in the absence of leadership.
