LocumJobsOnline is working with AAS Locum Tenens to find a qualified Anesthesiology CRNA in Big Spring, Texas, 79721!

About The Position

We are seeking a Board

Certified CRNA to join our team in Big Spring, Texas. This is an excellent

opportunity for a highly autonomous provider looking for flexibility, a low

case volume, and an outstanding work-life balance in a solo CRNA model.

Compensation Options :

$455,000 annually (1099) –

full-time (52 weeks / year)

$227,500 annually (1099) –

part-time (26 weeks / year

Position Highlights :

Schedule : Independent

practice with cases typically completed before lunch

  • Call : No in-house call;

30-minute response time only

Case Mix : OB (approx. 15

deliveries / month), GYN, GI, Podiatry, Urology, General Surgery

No CV, Neuro, or Vascular

cases

Daily Staffing : Solo CRNA

coverage – full clinical autonomy

Contractor Details :

Independent 1099 contractor

model with semi-monthly pay

Paid malpractice insurance

(including tail coverage)

Access to group-rate health

benefits

Low case volume – typically

under 100 cases per month

Options for both full-time

and part-time schedules

Requirements :

  • Board Certified CRNA
  • Regional anesthesia

    proficiency preferred (training available

    Comfort working

    independently in a solo practice setting
